Application:

Cold compress:sprains,strains,contusions,minor burns,trauma haemostasis,headache,toothache,scald,fever,sunstroke etc.

Usage:

Cold compress: freeze for more than 2 hours.

Hot compress: Microwave for 1 minutes. Or put the bag directly into the boiling water for 5 minutes to fully heat it.
